Ryan is our expert in negotiations for new contracts, business consultations, and overall growth of our company. With over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage (‘F&B’) industry, Ryan has invested in and operated a diverse range of businesses including sandwich shops, contract catering, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs.

Ryan’s extensive experience in the retail F&B industry has provided him with a well-rounded expertise in the field. He has also owned and successfully run a large 4000 capacity entertainment venue, operating large scale events on a weekly basis.

Adam Pattison

franchise partner & large scale event specialist

Adam is an accomplished Franchise Partner with Feast Streat, currently in his third year with the company. With 23 years of experience in the catering industry, 10 of which have been focused on street food, Adam possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise that are invaluable to the company’s success.

He is particularly passionate about operating large scale events and festivals, which require a unique set of skills and meticulous attention to detail. Thanks to his unwavering commitment and the unwavering support of his amazing family, Adam is able to fully immerse himself in his business, allowing him to provide exceptional service and support to his customers, colleagues, and loved ones.

Scott Fellows

Senior Operations Manager

Scott is a highly valued member of the Feast Streat team, having joined the company in early 2023. Prior to this, he ran two successful e-commerce businesses, bringing with him a wealth of expertise in inventory management, graphic design, and social media marketing.

At Feast Streat, Scott is responsible for managing inventory and media design in-house, as well as serving as the site operations manager for the Stratford location. Outside of work, Scott is a devoted family man and aspiring music producer

Stephanie James

Head of administration and HR

Stephanie James is a key member of the Feast Streat team, currently serving as the Head of Office and HR. She joined the company in March 2022, bringing with her valuable experience from her successful career in the Estate Agency sector. Her transition to Feast Streat has been a successful one, allowing her to change her career and progress within the company.

Stephanie is a proud mother to a 10-year-old and a long-haired Chihuahua named Polly. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and spending time with friends and family. Contact Stephanie to learn more about Feast Streat’s office and HR operations.

James Bullingham

Director of Bullingham Creative

James is the Director of Bullingham Creative, the vendor for content creation at Feast Streat. With five years of experience operating his company, James is responsible for producing the majority of Feast Streat’s social media content, brand videos, promos, and takes up the role of producer/host for Feast Streat TV.

James has produced commercials, documentaries, live broadcasts, and brand videos for some of the biggest brands in combat sports. His work has been broadcasted on platforms such as UFC Fight Pass. He regularly travels across the country for his work and has also taken on film and TV roles as a Camera Operator.

As an active BJJ/Submission Grappling competitor for Black Country Jiu Jitsu, James also stays busy outside of work.

Damien Martin

Director of Don Rose Ltd

Damien Martin is an independent Franchise Partner with Feast Streat and the Director of Don Rose Ltd, bringing a wealth of experience in the culinary arts to the company. With a background in Italian cuisine, Damien has worked as a chef in numerous restaurants before transitioning to a design engineering career. However, his passion for food never waned, and he found his way back to catering through his friend Ryan Patrick, who owns Feast Streat.

With an investment made, Damien became a franchise partner and is now able to do what he loves on the road and on his own terms. He works nationally on a variety of shows, serving up delicious international cuisines and feeding thousands of people every week.
